Sunrise on the north face of Kangchenjunga — October 24, 2009
From October 3 to November 26, 2009 I visited Nepal for the second time, first trekking toKangchenjunga, the third highest mountainin the world, located on the borders of Nepal and India.
In November, I trekked the Annapurna Circuit:
The trek was put together by Canadian Himalayan Expeditionsout of Toronto. Local guides and staff provided by Overseas Adventure Trekking(OAT) based in Kathmandu, Nepal. My utmost thanks to Michael, Joe and Chris atCHE and to Bhola, Hosta, Ganesh, Prakesh and BhaiKaji at OAT for an outstanding and most memorable adventure.
